Description

Recovery Café Lexington is so excited to host our second annual Monster Mash & Dash 5K Glow Run! 

Last year we had a great turn out! Monster Mash & Dash 5K Glow Run is a family-friendly, evening race, complete with a Kid’s Dash and a Trunk or Treat for our littlest athletes. 

We hope our 5K will launch your Halloween season and help you to catch the spooky spirit (costumes welcome!)

FREE Kid's Monster Dash (1/4 Mile) 5:45pm

• Scenic, flat/fast course at Coldstream Research Park
• Commemative unisex sized T-shirts
• Overall & Age Group Awards (5-year divisions)
• 5K Run/Walk, 1 Mile Fun Walk (untimed), Kid's Dash & Virtual option
• Music, food, fun and fellowship
• Dress Up's encouraged!  Prizes for the best dressed!
• Social Teams to expand your race experience.  We'll have a prize for the largest team!
• Trunk or Treat to follow the races & awards ceremony
